In early 2008 T1 prices in major metro areas have stopped dropping as much as in previous years. Costs in rural areas remain high.
I look for prices to remain steady in the larger cities as the providers use the margin to lower prices for businesses in less populated cities.
Rural T1 will remain to expensive for all but the larger businesses.
